libactionlib0d software package provides Robot OS actionlib library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libactionlib0d
libactionlib0d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libactionlib0d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libactionlib0d *
You will get with libactionlib0d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
